Group Benefits Plan
Group Benefits are available for full-time employees and dependents.
Medical/Dental/Vision Coverage are available.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (1 X Annual Earnings) - Supplemental Life Insurance - Dependent Life Insurance - Voluntary AD & D are all part of the Group Benefits Plan.

Business Travel Accident Insurance
The Sysco Benefit Plan provides 24 hour coverage for loss of life or dismemberment while traveling as an employee on SYSCO business.

Paid Days Off
Sysco Privides vacation, sick pay, and personal time off in one bank to be used at the employee's discretion.  Accrual rates differ according to length of service.

Bereavement Leave
At the loss of a memeber of your immediate family, SYSCO provides a paid leave of absence of up to three days.

Holidays
Sysco recognixes five paid holidays annually:  New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Tuition Assistance Program
For job related undergraduate studies, Sysco provides 100% reinbursement for coursed succeddfuly completed.
Full Time employees who have completed on year of employment with Sysco are eligible.

Stock Purchase Plan
You may purchase Sysco Stock through payroll deductions at 85% of the market value.
Full Time employees may join the first of the quarter following emplyment with Sysco.

Savings Incentive Plan (SIP)
A 401(k) Plan is available.
Included is the opportunity to save for the future while reducing current taxable income.
A company matching contribution is available.

Long-Term Disability Insurance
If unable to work for more than 6 months, you would receive 60% of your basic monthly compensation.
Up to a maximun of $5,000 per month less income from all other company sponsored sources

Short-Term Disability Insurance
For non work related illnesses ore injuries that cause absences from work of more than two weeks
This Plan pays a percentage of your pay based on years of service.

Retirement Plan
The Benefit Formula is based on the length of service and career earnings during years of emloyment with Sysco or any of its subsidiaries.
New employees are eligible after one year of service.

Matching Gifts to Higher Education Programs
Sysco will match contributions made by Sysco employees to two and four year colleges and universities of their choice.

Product Purchases
Sysco employees may purchase company merchandise at a small percentage over cost.

Employee Discounts
Employee discounts are available at numerous facilities, including Disney World, Sea World or Texas, Space Center Houston and Children;s World Learning Center.

Service Recognition
Sysco recognizes employees for every year of service with a service pin.

Employee Referrral Plan
By referring applicants, employees may earn $500 if the applicant is successfully hired.

Direct Deposit
Employees may have their paycheck and /or expense checks directly depostited to the financial institution of their choice.
Pay periods are weekly.
