Meet Whitey Hershorn, Import specialist. If you have a
special request, Whitey can handle it.

Whitey started with Sysco in July of 2000, after a long
history of prominent positions, including: Executive chef for Lone Star Park in Grand Prairie, Corporate chef for Chedders Casual Cafes, and Executive chef of the Dallas Museum of Arts.

Whitey is a certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation, and his original recipes have won contests with national companies. He currently serves on the advisory board at El Centro College for Food and Hospitality.
